    How to request deletion

    Send a deletion request

    Email us at support@nexarhq.com using the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.

    Include account details

    Provide the email address and phone number linked to your Nexar account so we can verify ownership.

    Identity confirmation

    Our support team may ask for an additional verification step to keep your account secure.

    Deletion processing

    Once verified, we process your request and permanently delete eligible data in line with our retention obligations.

    What to expect after your request

    • We acknowledge requests and start verification as quickly as possible.
    • Requests are typically completed within 7 to 14 business days after verification.
    • Some records may be retained where legally required (for fraud prevention, compliance, or dispute resolution).
